Employee Assistance Program

Employees are a company’s most valuable asset.  Fully twenty percent of them are also volunteer caregivers. Eldercare impacts employers significantly, costing an average of $2110 per caregiver employee per year (MetLife / NAFC study, 2006). Eldercare affects over twenty percent of all employees.
